    Big government demanded oil companies to remove the anti wear additives from oil. New engines survive with roller lifters, the new oil will eat our vintage engines one piece at a time. Use an oil rated for older engines, high zinc and zddp .

    Advice on Doge Vans

    I parted two of the 99/2000 style Vans. Both rotten frames. Currently have a 92 and like driving it a lot more and no frame trouble. And as mentioned, much easier to get and out of than the later years.
