Thank you for confirming. Now I just need to figure out if that’s the correct one I need. The factory service manual states that I need the 1.72" spacer, which is part number 1674746. The factory parts book lists part number 1851959, which is 1.060" thick.

This may be a really stupid question, but why were these installed so often? I’ve seen these exact lights on multiple cars from the sixties. Was it purely for safety, or did people think they were cool?
