Your right, but we use another measurement for alcohol. It's 0.3 per mille blood alcohol for example in Germany. If you have alcohol in your breath it has to be verified by a blood test which is absolutely accurate.

Tank you. I think then if fits together...R22, the bezel...on the paperwork of the radio (Sony, that one was in it) was notet "...1989..." so i assume the change happend decades ago. I will go for an 8 track am/fm!
