Not exactly sure. But they weren't in Windsor. Might have been other assembly plants in Detroit?

We have an original grille assembly from a 65-300. This was my dad's favourite car. I don't recall why, but this grille was up in the rafters of the family garage for probably 40 years or more. I guess my dad always wanted another car and since this grille was in such good shape...??? All...

My Dad worked in those factories. Plant 1 (engine plant, which has been levelled- ground laced with PCBs) Plant 3 (now minivan assembly plant) and Plant 6 (full size Van plant- also levelled) Was cool as a kid going through on his shoulders.

I know I am late to the party but.... We have an entire grille that has been sitting up in the rafters of my dad's garage for over 40 years. He always planned on getting another 65-300 Complete and in excellent shape for the year.

My dad worked for Chrysler at the assembly plants in Windsor. His fave car was our 65 Chrysler 300. Location: Victoria, BC
