I took my old cable to the Hydraulics Supply company here in Chattanooga, they make control cables as well as hydraulic items and they were able to make one for me. Its been awhile but I think I had to reuse the bullet connector from the old cable. Good luck.

Wow! that sure is a nice looking sport fury.

You should have a spring from the kick down linkage to the bracket that the carb spring is connected to, also your kick down linkage is upside down. it needs to be disconnected at the pivot and rotate 180 degrees so that the bend angels the end down, if you see what I mean

Beautiful car. can I ask about your wheels, what width and size of wheel and where did you find them? do you like them? I had some 14 inch factory magnums on my Fury. I am doing the disc brake conversion so of course I can't use them now.

Back in the late 70's I put headman headers on my '65 fury, I was impressed with the power improvement over the stock "log" type manifolds that came on the 383. The only drawback with the headers was that they would cook the starter motor until I wrapped it with a insulation blanket. Like...

I checked and the donor car had 15/16 wheel cylinders on the rear, same as my '65. Thanks for everyone's input. traintech, The problem with the booster is that it will not clear the fenders and exhaust manifold on my car. I have a 440 with the HP manifolds, that's why I need the Bendix booster.

No joy! they sent me the booster shown in Kenmdale's middle picture. It irritates me that they all show a Bendix style booster then send you a booster that they say will fit, but it won't fit my application. Anybody know where I can get the Bendix booster?
