    It’s from being overheated. Might be able to cut them, the problem is they might not be able to be cut due to the hardening of the metal.

    Power Steering Fluid for 65 C Body

    I use Valvoline Ps fluid in the white bottles. It’s the only fluid I’ve seen that claims to meet some manufacturer specs….
