In 69 you will find the VIN stamped in the cowl left side and the trunk gutter rail (under the weatherstrip) left side near the hinge. In 69 the SO number is not on the body. Found on the broadcast sheet, window sticker, data tag. Alan

The c2c panels are not even a good starting point, probably more work than raw sheet metal as you have to undo the bends that are not even close. If you only need portions of them then you might get away with using portions. Any hope that this will save your body man work is futile. Alan

This is a Canadian built car and they may not have used the same K designations. Even still some agencies got standard cars and not police package cars and had some options like speedometers added. Alan
