When I converted my 66 monaco to 72 c body disc brakes, if memory serves me correct the threaded block where hose screws into was at wrong position and angle so I had to redo the steel line to make the threaded block go the right way so it all line up and clear when turning. Some plumbing skills...
The body line in front fender on 65 goes halfway around wheel well 180 degree then continues towards front. Body line on 66 front fender goes around wheel well 90 degrees and stays on high and continues towards front. My opinion I like the line on 66 better, to me more stream line.
Haven’t Had to replace yet but last I emailed the guy out of Australia who makes the repop lenses he said to check Layson’s. And yes your right I think you have to use your old trim? Is that correct?
