Sunroof weather stripping for 78 NYB and others.

Look I’m happy my 2013 Focus’ sunroof doesn’t leak. 46 years of service has done this car well and it looks great, still! I think you’re on the right track, and you’ll have it right again. Hope you have the time, my “C” body was always the one thing I had no time for and paying someone else for...

What a gorgeous car. Who knows what the true mileage may be, but really, what does it matter. Enjoy your new acquisition.

    Polara got hit

Glad you're OK. It's OK to be worried about it and upset as I'm certain you have more than just money into the car, right? With any luck you might already know a good shop to do the repairs. Hope you didn't snap your neck too hard when you took the hit.

For Sale ‘76 Gran Fury Police

Can’t explain the vinyl roof trim. Before my time. I did replace the header panel with one from another Fury, which accounts for the emblem there. Here’s a photo for you. PK41M for those whose screens(?) don’t show this very well. My one theory, and others feel free to chime in; is that the...

For Sale ‘76 Gran Fury Police

As soon as I wrote that I paused to consider who is in this group and their vehicles. No disrespect intended, just a point of reference. I figure from the firewall back it took me 200 hours of degreasing and prep/paint , on a very original undercarriage to get those seven coats of paint on. It’s...

    For Sale 1970 chrysler 300

So somebody offer up some $$$ or it’s all B.S. It’s only overpriced until you need something. Then, you counter. Negotiate. Our cars are not the stuff of custom/aftermarket/hotrod; pick up the phone, get the (any piece you want). I understand you’re frustrated. But his overpriced lawn ornament...

For Sale Not Mine 1969 300

I for one support free enterprise. If a seller needs help, and accepts the services of another, who runs a legitimate tax paying business that helps run the economy. So be it. If some shady scammer calls me and I don’t want to use his business to sell my car, I tell him “No.”. As our cars age...

I found a hammer in my engine!!!

I rebuilt my first engine, 1970 429 CJ in a GT Torino, one rod end wasn’t torqued properly and when I had to repair it, I found I’d left a screwdriver in the lifter galley, and no damage happened to my engine either. Things happen:)

    Grandpa's Car

Had a '95 park avenue ultra for about 7 years. Beautiful car. Loved the supercharger, and the excellent (upgraded) leather seats. Build quality was only so-so. Transmission wasn't up to the power of the motor and started giving out, particularly first gear, after around 100,000 miles. And...
