That's within my range ... I never really thought about a seat older than my car ... the thing is I do not want to reupholster it ... I want one ready to go ... do you have pics?

and gave me one of these, I had it two weeks and hit a curb going too fast in the rain ... too stupid to know how lucky I was.

I understand you replaced it ... but it realty sounds like a bad voltage regulator. Since I put my Fury back on the road I am on my 3rd one. Finally I did find a burnt wire in the fuse panel and replaced it, also cleaned up the light switch real good ... since then I have stopped having problems...
I have the hood ornament ... going to epoxy it back together and I still have the skirts too. Also took the hub caps off as they were constantly cutting my valve stems.
this is an LA Series 318 from 1975, they guy who put it in for me painted it orange without asking me ... he did a nice job as far as the fabricating goes ... no big deal ... it was blue and that would have been cool to just leave it like it was.

I would prefer a bumper that's less than perfect ... a re-chrome/new one just wouldn't look right. The one currently on the car is painted gray ... was like that when I bought it in 94 and I don't like the way it looks ... which is really funny because the car looks like hell.
