    Intermittent power loss

Thanks again to everyone who chimed in! Turned out the simplest fix was the fix. Positive battery wire was corroded at the clamp style terminal. I really need to replace the cable as it looks to be original, minus the factory battery terminal.

    Intermittent power loss

Thanks for all the replies! Will start checking connections at battery, the ground should be good as its a new cable. Battery is also new(er). The loud click sound is probably at the starter. The sound of a weak battery. After that click, completely dead.

I thought if a fuseable link goes, it goes completely.

    Intermittent power loss

Ok, on my 67 Fury - All was well until I attempted to start the car and I got a loud click and no starter action. Good battery, put on a new starter. Same story, loud click no starter spin. Then I noticed there was no power anywhere- lights, nothing. An hour later power was back and I tried to...

    New interior

That looks quite period correct. Is the cloth section considered "herring bone"? Regardless, it looks great!

    Car shudders when braking.

I did see an improvement with new front gas charged shocks. The old ones were horrible. I need to change the organic brake shoes for semi-metallics. Hoping that helps out. Sounds like you have gone through most things that could cause a shudder.

    Headlight taillight issues

COULD be turn signal switch. After replacing mine several light gremlins disappeared. Including funky headlight switch issues like yours.

    Car shudders when braking.

Thanks for your reply! The brakes may have some residual fluid on the shoes, I just replaced the rear wheel cylinders. Cause they were leaking. Shoes looked good as far as material thickness. Front shocks are probably shot, tie rods don't look great either. Wanted to eliminate the park brake...

    Car shudders when braking.

Slowly working out the bugs on my 67 Fury II. All drum system. In town brakes work fine no issues. When stopping from higher speeds (40ish) and higher pedal force, the car shudders pretty badly. I have noticed the parking brake cable is disco'd. Would that in itself cause this phenomenon?

What are you working on today??

Time for some new Eddy heads.

Headlights & Turn Signals, No tail lights or Brake Lights.

SAME issue on 67 Fury II. Headlights and front/rear blinkers function. No front parking lights, no taillights and no brake lights. It's the darndest thing. Happened suddenly and without warning.
