Hey, I have found these hubcaps and want to use them on my '68 Town and Country. Do they require a deep-dish rim?

Well, since I am not planning on investing in any sort of wheels, wheel covers are my only option. I just want to make sure that I find some that are compatible with my steel wheels. Do you think these will work?
