    Only 29.95!

Wow!! 90's is moderate compared to 110-115. Our daughter just spent a couple days in Phoenix for work last week. She never saw anything like that heat. I had a few days like that in White Sands, NM. during the army days, real ancient history.

    Only 29.95!

Yes, I grew up in the Mt. Oliver/Knoxville area. Earl's place was a few doors out 51 from the old army reserve center. Actually drove past there yesterday and the building is still there. Pretty sure there's a body shop in there now.

    Pics of 69-73 C bodies

Memories, cobblestone streets and streetcar tracks, looking down Liberty Ave. from the strip district toward downtown Pittsburgh. Played a lot of softball on West Penn field when you made the left turn up the hill in the 2nd pic. Man do I feel old!!

What's the top speed you have driven in your C-body?

A little shy of that 127 of that legendary Pontiac, I'd estimate about 90, hard to tell with an 85 MPH speedo on Rt. 28 International Speedway. The Scat went 129 (no BS) last fall though up on 28.

What's the top speed you have driven in your C-body?

I remember that guy and that BS story. The Pontiac guys was "Full of Sh*t", not PH27L7. My error, apologies.

What did you do to your C-body today....

Mike, you quite welcome. From your first posts about your car I thought that where that frame belonged.

    Interesting Fury Story

Beautiful Fury!!! I bought my first new car at Tarentum Motor Sales in 1974. It was called John Marmo's Tarentum Motor Sales. It was 1974 Scamp, 318, 3 speed on the floor, The salesman's names was Warren, we celebrated with a shot and a beer across the street at a bar that doesn't exist anymore.
