It probably has the 5 1/8" reservoir then, not sure what it's number is.

What engine?

The original part number for the pump was 2585532. I can only assume that it is TRW. The below link should be the one you are looking for, but I would call to verify. Remanufactured power steering pump for 1963-66 Plymouth and Dodge A-Body

If you have a full reservoir and the belt is tight I would lean towards a bad PS pump.
