I believe it's a 1975 transmission. It has a off white Speedo gear in it

I have stock transmisson A727 small block I like to figure out which gear I need for my select tire size 225/50/17 stock rear end etc.

They are right above oil pan so o am going to pull the motor and do them all to be safe

These are the ones on the side of the block I think my ones in the rear are bad as well

@Big_John thanks for the advice I’m going to try to replace them like oem style but brass would you use Permatex #2

I crawled under the ole girl today starting to take transmission out and notice the freeze plug where leaking or driping not sure which but any help would be great on advice on Steel or brass which is better and should I do them all or the 2 that I can see leaking and does any know the sizes

I fixed it it wasn’t seating thanks guys

@Big_John I also see the seal near the spindle it’s not flush in the hole on spindle side I will try tonight when I get home to do it the way you said

Yes tommorow evening I can it wiggles side to side also feels like axle nut loose buts it’s torqued

I torque it right specs etc has a little wiggle left to right any suggestions

I ordered two new bearings today what does it torque to I had a bad bearing causing my problem

Ok guys I’m still new to this Plymouth fury III THING I REPLACEa wheel stud on right side and put back together and rolls smooth now going to drivers side replacing them tomorrow evening but I put it back together for the night afraid of rain so I tried to roll it feels like it’s catching on...
