That’s interesting information Dave. When my engine was rebuilt it had a six pack cam and six pack rods. I always wondered if it might have been a six pack, but then I learned a lot of engines were beefed up by installing those components. I don’t know if there would be anyway to really know...
Yes when I got my car the440 emblems were on the hood. After years I finally put 383 emblems on it. Everybody would always say is this a gtx made into a roadrunner.

I have a 440 hp in my Roadrunner. I think it could be a c body engine. The number stamped above the oil pan is 9D then the six numbers of the vin. 9 is 1969 D is belevedere I believe. Did Belvedere onlybuild c body cars in 1969? C body cars received hp engines in 69 and 70. Am I correct on this...
