Had new polyurethane bushings made for the leaf springs. The PST ones fell apart after 4 years, during dissasembly. Here are the tech drawing with numbers, in millimeters ;)

Someone must have been a little high in 1973 ordering this car. It's a 232, torquecommand trans, manual drum brakes, with factory Air. The color was green with the white hockey stripes. Oh, forgot to mention, manual steering. lol I have no idea what gear ratio it has in the rear. EDIT/ looked...

More updates. Body work mostly done. Now onto aligning and fitting all the panels and getting it ready for stripping the rest of the paint/ rust and then onto paint. Recently recieved all the bits for the engine rebuild. Other items i still need to order are a new carb, alternator, starter...

Rear hatch area replaced along with the trunk floors. Another week or so of cutting and welding, then another week of aligning all the body panels and getting the fitment right. Hope to have it at the paint shop next month. It'll be painted by the same person as my Newport a few years back.

Rear valance repair complete. Basically a new one made from scratch... Now onto the rear deck lid around the hatch area.

More crazy bodywork. Does not have to be perfect. Will go over with bondo anyway. Then rust proof the whole thing with Krown ;) Complete engine rebuild kit on the way as well. Both rockers left and right, complete floors, wheel arches are done. Now they are starting on the front and rear...

z szybą ciężko ze stanów. Remontuje teraz 1973 AMC Gremlin , i już drugą nową szybę czołową ściągam, pierwsza pękła w transporcie. Ciężki temat, bo też pewności nie mam że przyjdzie cała. Najlepiej kupić szybę i wrzucić do jakiegoś auta co płynie w kontenerze z USA. Szyba u mnie w Newporcie...

I have a new seal, it seals perfectly, but still have some water intrusion into the trunk. It's caused by the chrome pieces that go around the vinyl top roof, at the bottom of the rear window. Poor design by nature.... That's why u always have rott w/vinyl top cars in these areas.
