I suspect there are lots of those places, not just for Mopars. There's a couple million dollars worth of stuff there.
I'm pretty sure there is a few guys on this site with collections like that however, in a much nicer set up.

That is a big reason I got rid of my car stuff. Unfortunately, it's an addiction and the Polara pile is starting to grow again.

O I know that I purchased a hoard of parts this past summer

Unfortunately ( or maybe fortunately) I only got 15-20% of it. The former owners step kid burnt the one building down.
New owners daughter dumpstered a lot of the stuff so horses and other livestock could be there

I also know of a chevy hoard that is full of nos items from the 30s-70s Lots of rare unique items that in his eyes are worth a million dollars apiece. In his early 80s no kids. Sooooooooooooooo Probably about 5-6 thousand sqft stacked to the ceilings 10’ high and in the rafters and outside. And has a 57 FI vert
