Tease? Trying to emulate "new car show date"?

Looks great, so far.

Will we see "the rest of the story" before some might doze off?

Hi Everyone -
For walk around:

So I'll use this "gettin' antsy" thread for the official intro of my '69 300 convertible that I purchased two years ago from a former Marine out of Indiana who owned the car for about 10yrs. He bought it from a dealer he worked for in Tennessee - unfortunately the history dries up before that timeline...
While far from perfect the car came to me with the original drive train and original interior with 59k on the odometer and titled at the previous owner's purchase at 52k. So because I can't go back far enough it's hard to say what the story is...
With that said, when I got the car shipped into Florida the first thing I did was tune it up and buff the hell out of the faded paint - the shine held ;) - thanks to 3M and chemical guys butter wax. (trunk did need another buff after exposure to the Florida sun).

Next thing I did was replace the tires and seat upholstery (from Legendary) and carpet. (if there's interest I'll post some during pics of doing the interior - It was a cool process of date stamps and 'mostly' happy unveiling).

Here's the original interior:

So it's been about a year ago when I had finished all the above (some details have been completed afterwards like grille detailing and cleaning - lots of cleaning :) - oh yeah here's the finished interior:
