    1970 monaco subframe repair

Why anyone would paint FP43L0D282681 black is mind-boggling, especially since the original FT6 looked so good on a Monaco. Don’t get me wrong, black on black is nice — but the original was great. @71Polara383 @polara71 and @Fratzog have been keeping track of the C-body 70-71 Dodges for years.

    1970 monaco subframe repair

What has me stumped is, if the asking price was 6500, how does that become a parts car? Especially if the owner between 6500 seller and current owner put a paint job on it. That's an expensive parts car or someone took a huge loss.

NOT MINE 1970 Dodge Monaco 4dr Hardtop - $6,500 - Malahide, Ontario, Canada

Many thanks @Beep Beep Dave for posting about FP43L0D282681 -- and for posting the tag. Note that the VIN starts with FP: --> The first digit of the VIN, F, matches that of FM23G0D327189 (a very basic 1970 2dr Polara, built like this one in Belvidere, that sold in Flin Flon in Spring 2020). It...
