Best to watch/listen on your desktop with speakers and a sub, or on your smart tv with a soundbar and sub, or better yet, in a dedicated home theater.

    66 Newport T56 Swap

Scarebird makes a rear disc conversion for our cars, or a least they used to. I have been happy with their front disc kit on my car. (You do have to use 15" wheels minimum)

    66 Newport T56 Swap

2.76 us not a slow gear. I would still be running mine if they made a fine spline pinion in 2.76 for a 489 rear center section (necessary for a 1350 size u joint yoke). My car was a tire smoking monster off the line and an absolute rocket with them. I liked them with the stock 440 and later...

'68 Fury PS return control valve leaking

If we are talking only the cast aluminum nipple, i was incorrect as mentioned. Since the adjustment was asked about i assumed you wanted the "whole meal deal"

'68 Fury PS return control valve leaking

There is an adjustment, and it is in the position of the fitting. I know it sounds counter-intuitive, but the above advice is correct in mine and davea's posts

'68 Fury PS return control valve leaking

Take it apart. There are 2 orings, different sizes, go to your nearest hydraulic hose builder OR a good autoparts store and have them match the orings for you, re-install. Do not over tighten the part is cast aluminum and breaks easily. There will be some slop in the bolts, which allows for...

    Carburetor Question

I have had excellent luck with quickfuel and aed. I run the quickfuel on my new yorker, and the aed on my chevy 496. Just call them and tell them what you have and they will make a recomendation. I only had to adjust the idle right out of the box. Both are excellent for around town and the...

    WOT the heck?

That is very weird, my new yorker will often go to full throttle. The only correlation i can identify, is that it usually happens when there is a camaro, chevelle, mustang, charger, dump truck, or a honda civic near by me.

    Cam roller or flat tappet

Roller, but use only genuine johnson roller lifters. Trust me, i learned a painful lesson with morrel and comp roller lifters.

    1959 fury disc brake conversion

I have been running scarebirds stuff on my newyorker and torturing it on the track for years, no issues. My car runs low 12's and is street driven, so the brakes get pounded on.
