1969 Chrysler New Yorker Booster and Master Cylinder

Not dumbassary at all. This was the time when the transition was happening. I had a 1969 Newport that had drum front brakes. Being very young and stupid, I put the wrong booster on it. The accident was not pretty.

1969 Chrysler New Yorker Booster and Master Cylinder

How about some more information. Does your car have Drum or Disc brakes on the front? They are different masters and boosters. The lines are different for the front port so they could not be mixed up at the factory. Pictures help.

    62 300 brake upgrade

You are in luck. I just got my Feb. 2022 copy of Mopar Action and they have an article on a new kit from Scarebird Brakes. It has all the pictures you need, but doesn't have a part number for the kit. It looks really nice, and you can use the 14" wheels. Good Luck.

    Adhesive for vinyl side molding.

3m double sided tape. You must get all residue removed from the molding, and clean the paint real good or they will fall off in time again. Prepsol is a good cleaner.

B and C body leaf springs

The critical measurement is from the front mounting bushing, to the locator bolt for the rear axle. Since both cars have different wheelbases, they probably won't match up.

77 NYB rear window and vinyl top trim removal

The retaining clips are the same as the older cars, just be very careful when you remove them. The clips hold down the vinyl, you will see this with the moldings removed. As for the glass, try to get it inside a very warm garage, heat helps make the glue softer, more easy to cut. I use a Stanley...

    Beware AAA Motor Club

Well guys, let me tell you about this one, seems like another good company gone down the toilet. I have been a member with them for the past six years, my membership is a "Premier RV" . One of the perks of the membership is towing up to 200 miles. This summer I went to have my Newport towed home...
