I picked up these road wheels a few weeks ago. I was looking at the paint on them and I think they maybe are from a 70 300 Hurst. Too bad the guy only had 3!! the other picture is from an original 70 300 Hurst.

File it under another Mopar mystery like so many others that are out there. The factory did so many weird and oddball things so who knows.. Bottom line or me is what was already mentioned if I had a 300h it would definelty have the tips on it.

Maybe you are right as more often than not any or all 300H's I have seen do not have them, but I do remember seeing an Original owner 300H survivor years ago at either Carlisle or Moparfest and it had the tips on it and they looked the part. I have a picture of it somewhere.

Correct and they both used the same tips. Modified Challenger tips.. I had an NOS years ago but sold them. kinda wish I held on to them now!
