My 70 Chrysler Newport started having issues with the right tail light. When headlights are off everything works perfectly. Brake lights, turn signals, hazards all work until I turn on headlights then my right turn signal will make the right tail light go dark between flashes. Also my left turn...

This helped. It is confirmed either a 413 or 440. Won't know for sure until I get it pulled out.

1979 motorhome. Decal says 1978 on emissions decal.

I recently bought a big block from a guy out of a motor home. And he was thinking it was a 440, but I'm having a feeling its may be a 400. Here are some pics I took. I can't get to the block identification numbers yet to take a pic. But here is what I have.
