I rode in a 300H there not very fast low 16 second 1/4 mile times. if I raced a 300H with my 67 Newport it would 2 seconds or 20 car lenghts behide my Newport with my 2.94 gears vs the 3.23 gears of the 300H.
problem with the poly you need headers because of the bad factory exhaust manifolds and then trying to find a 4 barrel intake. what engine would be an easy swap 318 LA-340-360 ? will they bolt up to the trans ?
flat hyd with 1.6 roller tip rockers. best shift point about 5300-5500 rpms. The cam has 488 lift intake and exhaust with 1.5 rockers with my 1.6 rockers brings it to 520 lift
comp 911-16 are not really double springs. they have a damper just like the factory put in their higher performance engines. 911 should be all you need unless you're running a solid roller cam.
