My 69 has 275mm tires on a 9 inch rim. I think technically a 10 rim would fit between leafs and fender lip but would need to be perfectly measured and fitted. Your 4.5" backspacing would not allow that perfect placement and would hit the fender lip. It would need to be more like 5.5" to even...
