Where was this Mopar Brochure/Ad Photo shot?

this location is relatively famous. its "old school" civil engineering that remains relevant/emulated today. like most pubic works projects, we take it for granted but thats a lot of engineering going on there. i am not an engineer but my nerdy upbringing finds this set of structures...

    Seat upholstery L2B3

Getting the correct pattern and color isn't cheap. I was happy with what I got from SMS. Although 10 years ago it was in the $70 - $80 range. Good luck on your project.

There are several anecdotes regarding that limo. President Kekkonen, born in 1900 (in office 1956-1981) did not own a driver’s licence, but he had been driving Harley Davidson motorcycles in his youth, and he liked moving fast. There were several occasions where he had been travelling in a...

Other fuel pump options for '57 Dodge 325 Poly

I’m not sure if my uncle just got a bad one, but he has that modified pump on a ‘58 300D with a 392 that we just got running recently and when the engine warms up I hear a tapping noise that clearly is from the fuel pump where it’s contacting the eccentric.

    Mickey Thompson 440 valve covers

It’s been decades but I thought my ‘67 Imperial had a factory push on breather like that, it connected to the dirty side of the air cleaner assembly.

Torque Converter / Flex Plate Suggestions

My 68 Polara wagon sports a 1970 383 HP out of a Cuda. The engine is fine but the 727 wasn’t touched. I am trying to research a replacement tc and flex plate to replace the original. Looking for suggestions more on the budget side but with another stall. I see advance and autozone list a...

    Mickey Thompson 440 valve covers

Roger that. Yeah I’m currently trying to find a cap that will actually screw into the oil fill, gonna begin the search for some push on breathers as well.

    Mickey Thompson 440 valve covers

They are for push on breather caps. I have never seen tubes like that. Probably to keep oil splash out of the breathers. (that's what oil deflectors are for on the inside) One cover already has a hole punched for either oil fill or a pcv with a grommet.

    stock or offset bushings

It is my understanding the offset upper control arm bushings are to compensate for "sag" of the structure the upper control arms mount to. I first heard of this situation on big block Chevelles of the early 1970s, but later discovered such also happened with 1955 Chevies. So the offset...
