Yes, I think that the presence of 2 wire-wound resistors on the bottom of the regular indicates that it's electro-mechanical type, not electronic. Rock Auto regulators all seem to be electro-mechanical.

Yeah since it's white I wonder if it was one of the original wheels for my 73 Polara Cop Car? The other 3 white wheels that came with it aren't H wheels though so I'm not sure.
Considering it is white, I'm wondering if it was on a truck. I have a 79 Ramcharger H wheel, but I think it is a 5-4.5 5.5" wide, not 6. My 81 Power Ram 150 had 5-5 6" wide wheels.
