My 71 new yorker is the same color green as this 300. As most know who have followed my progress, this is a family car my dad purchased new. Its a 2 dr ht with a 440 TNT.
from what I can tell, it appears to be a somewhat softer shade of green
My restoration thread is my welcome page. You can find it here in Ayilar's post on other U code Chryslers.

Im in the process of completing the restoration of my 71 U code New Yorker. Should be finished in 26. Noticed the blue engine tags in this post. Where can these tags be purxhased?
Any 70s corvette (or other GM) that uses a tilt/teloscopic wheel. Some slight modifiction is necessary if you have a cruise control. Must remove anf use the turn signal attachment from the origional switch. Testing the circuits now.
My 71 new yorker does not have them. But the turn signal switch has a provision for them. This makes replacing the switch a much cheaper option. Will go with a 70 corvette switch (tilt/teloscopic.) Much cheaper than an origional switch.
I purchased a tilt/teloscopic steering column off 9f ebay. Even thou the steering column was well packaged, the shipper managed to brake the cruse control switch. (See pics) Is this a simple fix?
