    Even though my 71 New Yorkers green is somewhat softer, i do like the shade of green on this 300. With the white vinyl top it will look fantastic.

    My 71 new yorker is the same color green as this 300. As most know who have followed my progress, this is a family car my dad purchased new. Its a 2 dr ht with a 440 TNT. from what I can tell, it appears to be a somewhat softer shade of green

    BTW, the rim blow still works on my 71 chrysler. Even with the cracked rim. Not sure how!!

    Any 70s corvette (or other GM) that uses a tilt/teloscopic wheel. Some slight modifiction is necessary if you have a cruise control. Must remove anf use the turn signal attachment from the origional switch. Testing the circuits now.

    My 71 new yorker does not have them. But the turn signal switch has a provision for them. This makes replacing the switch a much cheaper option. Will go with a 70 corvette switch (tilt/teloscopic.) Much cheaper than an origional switch.

    Started takong thw cruise control switch apart. It appears with a good epoxy it can be fixed.

    I purchased a tilt/teloscopic steering column off 9f ebay. Even thou the steering column was well packaged, the shipper managed to brake the cruse control switch. (See pics) Is this a simple fix?
