    Probably a lot of cooking. The cupboards and fridge are well stocked so if I don't cook it it'll go bad. Right now I have chicken breasts and salsa in the crockpot for chicken burrito's tonight.

    The engine that’s getting pulled is getting rebuilt anyways so it can’t hurt to just remove the oil pan. It’s crushed anyhow. Anything to make it a bit easier lol

    For big blocks, it's not too bad to remove the oil pan and pickup with engine in car. That makes it a lot easier to move the engine forward.

    I concur, there should be some Phillips-head chrome screws in those screw holes. I also concur that the gasket has probably age-stuck the lens to the housing.
