I concur with rd92west....I was able to find a NOS isolator, any moons ago.

I did not through the floor.. I made a nut assy and welded into the upper rail - so tube is linked together. Going thru the stiffening ribs - might work (forget where they lay across) Straight thru the floor sheet metal, i would back up with a plate in interior.

Suggestion, post some pictures Most probable, bracket cant be removed and another bracket can be TIG welded back on
