honestly no...never even removed it when I replaced the clutch plates...there are NOS ones on Ebay but i have no clue if the Eaton unit would take the same one as a SureGrip...maybe contact someone like Dr Diff?

Detroit Eaton as noted above were the original supplier to Chrysler for our C bodies back when they were new.

I installed that same eaton truetrac diff in mine and used the green bearings(had no choice due to wilwood brake install requiring them at same time) with about 5000k miles on it now and no issues. Is your end play issue the same on both sides or just one particular side?

Another vote for Detroit Eaton. First thing I replaced on Goldie 12 years ago. Fit perfectly and still the easiest work I had performed on my car.

How big of an impact were you using?? 3/4" drive? I've done a lot of work on 8 3/4's and have never done that but I don't use the big impacts.

Another supplier is Eaton Detroit Springs. I have bought several A,B,E leaf spring sets over the years from them. They will build them the way you want. Stock 1,2,3 inch higher or lower than stock.
