    Engine compartment restoration: 1964 Newport

I’ve spent the last few months removing and refurbishing the accessories and repainting the valve covers and manifold. Used an old old container of ‘Calyx’ on the exhaust manifolds. Trying to make ready for car shows. See anything out of whack? Thanks, Art

For Sale NOS Dual 4bbl. Air Filter Element. Late 50's 392 Hemi.

The 1957/8 Fury 318/350 ovals were 2-1/4" tall I believe and those horizontal air dual quad air cleaners (not the long/short rams) were 3'' high or so.

NOT MINE 1965 Chrysler 300L Conv., 413/4-spd. (Mecum; No Reserve; Jan. 14)

I am surprised the 300L sold for only $30K. In February 2023 I visited place where Karabetsos has his collection and took a bunch of pics for a member here, I think it was @hergfest but not sure. At the time he had it listed for $80K, and when asked what's his buy-it-now price, he said he needed...

    For Sale Rare Distributor - 1966 C-body 440 4-speed - Less CAP - Needs Rebuild

It's the internals and additionals that are the key to that part number - advance can, advance weights and springs, etc. Too bad they're gone, or I'd might have bought that. Interesting thing is that Canadian 4 speed C bodies got a different distributor - vendor supplied - Prestolite if I...

Is there no source for OEM HVAC parts and rebuilding?

This is all I have on it. How To Rebuild a Vacuum Heater Control Switch
  16. Ross Wooldridge

Is there no source for OEM HVAC parts and rebuilding?

From what I gathered, he hopes to rebuild or get rebuilt specifically the AC/Heat push button controller vacuum unit, and possibly the actual entire heater box (I only assume that by his term "plenum"). There are videos out there, and there is a guy who rebuilds the push button controller - I...

Thank you for registering, I think Trace and Ayilar will much appreciate it. Do you mind sharing pictures of the car and fender tag with us? If not it is ok, I know that is personal to some people.
