    i had a Mirada parts car that had the 3.23 sure grip and it had the handling package that inc the rear sway bar, so we just swapped the axle over. i have no idea where i got the spare 8 1/4 3.23 ring & pinion from - this was 25yrs ago. prob from a trans shop i used alot. i bought it before...

    the cordoba wheels were steel rims with an insert, almost had a rubbery feel. my 1st doba had them, 2 of them were kind of wilted/warped

    could be a repaint/colour change, theres trim missing on the sides. no pentastar or chrysler logo looks like mid/late ford wheels

    i was looking at the body tags of my 72 Monaco and 71 Sport Fury parts car. i had been told that the Monaco came from AZ and that the Fury was a Canadian car. im wondering if its the other way around.... i see a C von on the Monaco - C17717 and no C on the Fury - 114555 am i right in thinking...

    i feel it needs to be be pointed out that fwiw an 81-83 imperial is not a c body, c bodies were 1965 to 78 full size cars. not sure what the appropriate forum this should be under

    70 Fury III vert restoration

    yup and the tires wont clear with em on - this car's axle is a wider 1 from a 70 Polara. which is 1.4" wider than the ones used on furys. 63.4 vs 62 also these panels dont have the right chamfered (?) edge for the trim. but they were all we had to work with..........

    there were 2 issues for me that made it easy to let go - the driving position. im 5'10" and at the time was around 230lbs. the beautiful looking seats were comfortable but after a while i noticed that the seat bottom was too short - it ended closer to my butt than closer to the knee. road...
