    Formal Hubcaps on a Slab?

Those wheel covers came on Formals with 15x6 wheels, from the factory. I would be more concerned about them clearing the rear fender skirts on 15x6 factory wheels. But probably no more outward extension than the 15" disc brake wheel covers for 1968 Dodges, I suspect

    Formal Hubcaps on a Slab?

Well cruising season is brewing here in Southern California. There’s been car shows almost every week here in Santa Maria!! Lots of beautiful cars, still no Mopars. I did well and recently scored a set of disc brake hubcaps! While browsing Instagram I came across a Lowrider 77 New Yorker...

    Carb fuel line connector

Okay so heat, cool it with penetrating oil. Don't wave the flame around when you break line loose. Common sense should prevail, or Darwinism will succeed. All better alternatives than grinding the corners off with vise grips, then complaining that a TQ is a POS carburetor.

Can you help a Small block Chevy guy understand a 1962 Chrysler 413 with cross-ram manifold? - compression and pump gas?

Just drive the damn thing. Talk, talk, talk. Drive it and adapt. It's a car, and your not setting out on a round the world voyage. My Charger has a wrong sized piston in it. '66 block, '70 rotating assembly, as mentioned wrong size 80s replacement piston, 1976 #452 casting heads, a 318 pickup...

Put some heat on it. Tap around the flare nut. Probably tightened by some flat rate gorilla, so you have to outsmart a guy who is probably pushing up daisies.

    72-73 Imperial Restoration and Information

I don’t recall the lengths but I had ones with enough length to reach the batteries. I want to say 48” for the later style that is from the base of the terminal to the center of the eyelet on the engine end.

As stated there is an early cable and a late cable. Evan’s Wiring is who made the new ones for me.

Upper radiator hose is original, lower is an earlier replacement which I inserted the anti-collapse spring from the original hose. So, both hoses have been used on this vehicle previously. I do have a replacement upper for when the original fails.

    72-73 Imperial Restoration and Information

I apologize for my question coming off wrong. I have a 1972 Imperial 2-door hardtop. Today I added a group 27 battery and the negative cable length was too short. That cable worked fine for a Group 24 battery. I didn't have a tape measure with me at storage when I went over there. I used a...

The first Toyota AA (actually a replica). You can't help but notice how much it borrows from the Chrysler Airflow.

I used Ever Brite after removing the anodize and polishing all the aluminum trim on my 1965 Belvedere. I also used it on the all-aluminum engine to preserve the appearance. Mike
