Hmm, where is the Flasher relay?

Easiest way is to pop off your ash tray. I located mine thier. 1965 Chrysler 300 non letter. Plus no upside down or need for cabbage patch kid hands. Four screws underneath and two inside, she slides right out.

Thoughts on the value of a 1959 Dodge Coronet?

Yeah, I did see that craigslist listing. The seller, unfortunately, does not respond to emails, calls or anything. I even found their ad on Facebook and they don't respond there either. I just wanted to look at the cars...no luck. Not sure the point of putting cars up for sale and then not...

Is the 1961 Imperial power steering box the same as used in the 1961 Newport?

The adjustment you made did not affect what you wanted it to affect, which is why it did not return to center as easily as it should. What do you see on the input side of the gear? Or at the bottom of the steering column jacket and the coupling there? It could well be the differences in the...

    WANTED Headlight Motor 1970 300

He may have one on the shelf ready to go. He does carry some inventory now and again. I have a complete grille and headlight buckets for a 70 300 but not a motor unfortunately. Have you posted any pictures of your 300 here?

    Spindle nut

Not doubting the need for something of this nature in your racing exploits, but might a larger flat washer under the OEM nut provide much of the same thing and still fit under the needed grease cap? Just some thoughts, CBODY67

    TQ piston screw setup

Looks like that is a fine-tuning device for the metering rod height. One of those "set at the carb factory" sort of things, but also something that if it was altered a bit, you could not feel it in the engine's performance. A main thing would be emissions compliance and little else, I suspect...

Gas fumes and empty gas filter. - '68 300

Seems like he fuel cap should be "Anti-Surge"? Which can be vented but have a valve which seals things so fuel does not escape under acceleration or driving up an incline, due to the placement of the filler cap.

Gas fumes and empty gas filter. - '68 300

Thanks for the reply and additional information. The smell of unburnt fuel (as in exhaust system hydrocarbons) is a bit different from raw fuel (leaking from a fuel line or similar), which is a bit different from fuel vapors from the carb bowl vent after the engine sits and heats. As to the...

They ask about your storage situation for sure. But my car got hit outside the house overnight and they covered it without question. Things happen.

    Spindle nut

Yes to a degree, and you are not wrong. It's pretty good fit though and you could seal the grooves in with something for a piece of mind but just throwing it out there as another option they really do work to hold the hub on in a failure. Plus we rarely drive our cars in car weather or sub par...

Nothing wrong with your reasoning, the 2 door car is probably the better choice and the way to go.

    Spindle nut

I don't think you can fit a dust cap over that nut. Gotta keep that dirt out or the bearings can fail.
