As an aside, you may have difficulties finding the thread about PH23T0F143308 (a DY2 Sport Fury GT that @ph23v0 used to own and whose VIN I listed in response to your initial query) because the tag was mis-spelled by a member (with a O instead of 0 in T0F). You may want to run a search with TOF...
That is why I noticed. @saforwardlook, who is one of FCBO's most knowledgeable members, also noted five years ago that L42 was a code that he had not seen often.
I noticed one thing. The Newark plant seems to have been « happier » to stamp the L42 code on A01 Light Package cars. You may find more that way.
