Does anyone have a parking rod actuator (the rod and spring assembly for park inside the tranny) for a '63?? Mine is too warn and just doesn't seem to want to behave properly.

Hello! Just inherited my grandfather’s ‘63 Imperial. I want to remove the radio to retrofit it with new insides. I can’t figure out how to gain access to it. Anyone with hints on how to get at it??
