Stroked a 383 to 496 to go in my factory 383 4 speed fury 3. Getting excited!

factory 4 speed car with 3:91 suregrip. I will send you the cam specs when I get home.

10.3-1 compression and dont have cam card infront of me so would be guessing

850 demon carb, 440 source ported heads, 440 source stroker kit to 496 and eddy air gap intake.

Hi, just had my stroker 383 dynoed and it made 521 hp and 612 ft/lbs of torque. should pep up the 66 fury 3.

Just had my 66 fury 3 painted and cut and polished.what are your thoughts?

only thing by distributor is 400 nothing else, and nothing is evident by pan rail unless covered in paint. motor has atleast 2 coats of paint.

thanks, I am going to regasket the motor and give it a fresh coat of paint and put it up for sale. Motor ran great just had a couple of minor weeps.

Distributor pad just says 400 no letter and after degreasing the motor it is 7/16/71 not that that makes much difference.

Being a 71 400 heavy web block would it have came out of a road runner?
