The mounting pattern is correct. Another member in another thread said that due to a 1/8" larger diameter at their base you have to shim/space them on some wheels. Post was not wheel specific to the wheels you asked about. I used them on 10 spoke mirada 15 x 7 alloys with no issues.

Great picture amazinblue82. Shows all the pieces on a W23 option wheel. Best thing is it shows the difference in the ID of the trim ring vs the OD of the center so you can visualize the amount of rim exposed. That visually clarifies the (non) cover the OP referred to.

I'd bet money they are. They have both external hub cap nubs and internal holes on raised bumps for a bolt on center cap. I just acquired a set of these thinking they were 7" wide but were clearly stamped 6.5" wide on rim after tires were removed.

I've been told deluxe 1/2 ton dodge trucks used this wheel in a true 7" width. No parts books to confirm or deny the truth of this stated application. '78- '79 Magnum XE's supposedly used this wheel in a 7" width but it was not chrome anywhere.
