New Posts takes Me To E Bay

I had the same happen to me. Oddly, in my favorites it had "For C Bodies Only" with the eBay icon. I deleted the "favorite" and reloaded it. Same think. I did a virus scan. It took more than 12 hours to complete. I never remember it taking so long. After that, a restart and now all good!

    69 fury 318 oil filter

The Wix catalog says 51515 is the correct filter. These were referred to as "the long Chrysler" or "Ford" oil filters. The 51068 and 51085 are the "short" version. Many filters will fit and work, but the smaller filters will not cover the oil filter mounting plate. I would suggest next oil...

    Sure-Grip lube

I worked at a Pontiac store in the 80's. We would drive the car in figure 8's after a limited slip rear service. That would work the additive in to the clutch plates.

1967 300 Vert - Classic Auto Air Universal Under Dash Kit

I had one in a car many years ago. That is basically the evaporator. You still need a compressor and a condenser as well as lines and freon.

Bought this 70 Fury III for parts

I'll have to agree its very odd to see a fleet hardtop car. However always thinking Police agencies used Fury Is I began noticing many used Fury IIs and IIIs. I guess its how the agency specked out the car.

    1970 Fury I stripper!

Very interesting. I have a 71 exactly like yours. I decided to pull the engine to do a major engine bay detail and freshen up the engine. I lost interest and once the car is back together it's going to a guy in Florida who bought it from me.

    SOLD 1971 Fury I

Unlikely due to the manual transmission as well as it being an "ordered car". Usually when Chryslers are bought under contracts (likely your Dad would have used an NYS contract), the body tag would specify that as a "fleet" or "special order" car.

    SOLD 1971 Fury I

The interior was removed by the owner before me, who was a friend of mine, to coat the floors with anti-rust to minimize the potential of the floors rusting. It was remarkable clean before he did that. That was around 2000, which was the first time I owned the car.
