    Before that I rewired the power supply for the radio from different sources on the fusebox ( switched/unswitched). Source directly from the battery. I checked the grounds everywere. Placed different suppressors. Installed a new alternator. All the above didn't help and the interference...

    The problem is solved !!! It's been a while since I had this "interference" problem. I left it for what it was and paid no attention to it anymore. Untill I changed the sparkplug wires as they were on the engine for as long I own the car (17 years..) And thát did the trick, no interference...

    Been following this post. As you said ^^^ this it reminded me I had the same problem. As it turned out the problem was that the shoes were a fraction to wide ánd probably the drums were not turned deep enough so as I tightend the bolts the wheel turned heavier. So I would say: messure the depth...

    I run 20w50 in my 383. Cold start gives 75-80 psi. When really warmed up 50 to 60 psi at approx 70 mph 30 tot 40 psi at idle
