    RIP.....Hutch.

David Soul was a cool guy, he owned a '55b NY'er convert that had once been owned by Ernest Hemingway that he was restoring in Cuba, where he lived part of the year as he had a foreign passport as well as a US one. I "spoke" to him a couple of times via eMail to help him try to locate parts. I...

Grace on her maiden voyage with a few special stops!

Yes I got to see the gorgeous Grace in person as she and Lea stopped by for a quick bite/beer and car-talk on the way to Steve's! Glad to hear Steve is hangin' in there, at our age every day above ground is a good one! So Waygun, C-Barge and Grace have all now "graced" (sorry!) my driveway here...

    I decided to go digging

Love that driver's seat view, same thing I saw driving my Dark Sherwood green '71 to work 40 mi each way for many years.. My blue '71 <---- in the pic came out of NC about 10 yrs ago and was headed for a derby when I rescued her. A bit of rust in the trunk and floor was about it. Fixed it and...

    1970 Fury I stripper!

Wow I love this! So cool that it's left as a Plain Jane stripper with the original drivetrain and not some common -as-dirt 440 clone. Bet this will get more attention on the street and shows than any S23 or GT coupe, fake cop car, or '70 convert (I had one) would ... way to go! Sweeet!

    Hello folks

Seems to me any smart car guy would have evaluated the car carefully first BEFORE spending all that dough to build an over-the-top expensive engine for someone who knows little to nothing about cars. NY cars are almost always rust buckets, that should hardly have been a surprise, building that...

    SOLD 1974 dodge Monaco Wagon

BTW their other car at the time was a gold '73 Polara 4 dr hardtop 318 with dk green vinyl interior, they kept that one for some years and it was eventually handed down to my cousin, of course I really liked that one too. They were the only family members who ever had Mopars.

    SOLD 1974 dodge Monaco Wagon

Chris, I really like this, my Uncle had the almost identical car, in dk green, 440 and the split seats, bought new in '74 but traded on a Volare (!!) in '77 because my Aunt thought it was too big and it got 10 mpg during those gas shortage days :-(. I'm going to put my nr mint '69 Cutlass...

    Fusey dash pads

Does anyone make repro dash pads for a Fusey Ply Fury '69/70/71? If so, the price? Uncracked originals seem to be super rare, they're huge and always seem to crack starting around the radio speaker holes.

    1971 Plymouth Fury 2 Sedan

Lea - actually I was thinking the exact same thing! ... if you have the space it might make things much easier, no importing to figure out how to deal with right now. I just paid the deposit on it so we do have a deal! Super excited to get another '71, especially one so original

Hey Lea: Good to re-connect here! I tried a bunch of times to eMail. had some old ones I guess, what is your current-in-use one? The one I had was for an auto business eMail address? Still in the same house? When they open the border like to visit up sometime! Really like his '71 but he wants...

Hey Lea! Just got home from a trip to Denver to see our new grandson. Hope you're doing good! Remember that visit well..that '68 Barge looks so sweet! Since then I sold the DeSoto to a guy in AZ. Absolutely true! Except I’m from MD, then lived near Gettysburg before moving up to the Binghamton area, but we’re only about 5 miles from the PA border, actually not far from you there in Wellsboro... I doubt I’d ever willingly buy a NY car unless it was originally from Arizona lol! Yes, we get...

Sent them a message, interested and it’s only a couple hours away. Had a neighbor had a green one similar to this when we had our ‘77 GFB back in MD. Body condition is all, and PA cars can be real rust buckets underneath.
