Yes, the car ran fine before the repairs. Reason for the repairs is that I wanted to detail the engine bay, which is now completed. As a result, I have a great looking engine bay in a car that backfires!!! My Dad always said, "leave well enough alone".

My 1967 Chrysler seat belts are in poor condition. I think the webbing could be cleaned up but the chrome latches are very rusty. The webbing is a dark brown, which I don't see available. What is my best option? Who is the best vendor for seat belts. Thanks!
