Emptied out the trunk and cleaned it up. Was an oily mess but all that oil kept it from rusting! Now I can officially say this car is 100% rust free!

Inside the drivers door in an Arizona State University asset tag. So at some point it belonged to the college. I'm wondering if it was a campus police car? That's only a guess but it's all I got.

Vintage Glass sells them. Good product but expensive when you add in the shipping. I bought one for a member here 6 months ago and the glass was around $465 and shipping was $300. With instalation it's right at a grand.

Got in to the trunk and found what I believe is the original 9.25 rear end that I'm told it should have come with instead of the 8.75 that's under it now.

Found 2 cop car wheels and hub caps under all the crap in the back seat. I'm hoping I'll find the other 2 when I get in the trunk.

Probably because he works nights at the impound yard that the car was at. He was actually a really cool guy. He helped me change all the tires and get it loaded on my trailer.

Made progress this afternoon cleaning her out. Had boxes full of old newspapers from late 1981-1982. That and the last sticker on the license plate being 1982 leads me to believe that was when it was last driven and converted to a dumpster. Anybody know if these cloth inserts are factory?

Looking into the trunk with a flashlight it's full of wheels and tires and there's a complete differential in there too!

Well judging by the newspapers Inside I'm guessing the last time it ran was 1984. It will be fun trying to see if it runs!

I think it's a box with a full set of encyclopedias. And yes I still have the 300! Been driving it often this time of year.
