yes, the harware including the adjuster is from R..auto (means china) yes, parking brake cable was totally slack

I checkt the assembly one more time - parking brake lever ist mounted correct - shoes have contact to the upper pivot point - both parking brake cables are new - parking brake lever is as near by the brake shoe as possible. Maybe everything is correct and there is no problem with the thread of...
