The shine from the hood is from the water sprayed on the car. I contacted the owner, very clean car but it has no title. Also back window was busted out and the owner installed plexiglass.

No, the middle of the bezel is wider on the Chrysler’s. The Dodge is very thin.

Those unfortunately are not the same as the Monacos

They got just about every year except 74-75!
