On my 68 Fury I put 7x17 front and 8x17 rear American racing Torque thrust, need to run with out the fender skirts for this on the rear and if I recall it was 4.5" backspace all round. Tyres-225/55 up front and 245/55 rear

I have been getting in the habit of dropping in to 2nd on the tree when needed, I have just changed the rear ratio from 2.76 to 3.23, so I'll have to see if its better around the streets

Oh ! 68 Fury lll So no part throttle kick down, how rubbish is that!

Hey guys, whilst driving, going up the box is fine, put your foot to the floor and she'll kick down but not at part throttle, say on a hill/incline, she'll hold 3rd gear and not drop into 2nd:confused: Any thoughts? TIA:thumbsup:
