Well after checking things over. The motor turns over freely. All the valve train moves freely. The plugs in it looked good. And now after a oil and filter change I know the engine builds oil pressure still.

What is the purpose of this cavity here in the heads?

Seems that water content was a little high from who ever last had coolant in the motor. Or maybe straight water who knows. Water pump housing was pretty nasty inside. Thanks for the info!! I actually have the original rims and hubcaps that came with the car. The Owner previous to me swapped them out to the current ones on it just a couple weeks ago. I have the rear fender skirts too.
