Just wanted to share a few pics of my 65 polara. I just finished engine and trans overhaul and put 500 breakin miles on it this weekend. I'm super pumped. This thing is so cool and drives like a million bucks.

The original push rods were to long. They were the 1965 ones that taper down. 8.635in I believe. Then I had no compression. I loosened the rocker shaft to see if that was the case. Then it had compression. I don't have any of the 1968 ones to try yet that I think are 8.575in. So I measured with...

Hi guys, I did a search and didn't come up with much. My 65 polara has a dana (add on?) vacuum cruise control. It's missing the control switch but I think everything else is there. Were they worth a crap? Is it worth finding the parts and fixing or just remove it? Thanks in advance
